How do I register my kid?  Visit to enroll your child.

Who is eligible to join Pozzie’s Pals Kids Club?  Any child 12 years old or younger.

How do I receive my Pozzie’s Pals membership?   Members will receive their membership packages in the mail.  Packages will be shipped by the end of February.

Can I register my kids in the Charge Team Shop?  No. Pozzie’s Pals Memberships are not available in the Team Shop. You can register your child online at

How will I find out about events and ticket offers that are a benefit of my membership?  All communication from the Charge will come via the email address you used to register.  Please make sure that the e-mail address you’ve used is a good way to contact you.  Also make sure you are receiving e-mails from the Charge (not caught in your spam folder) and feel free to reach out at pozziespals@clevelandcharge.com or 216-420-0000 with any questions.
