CANTON, OH – The Canton Charge (7-6), powered by the Cleveland Cavaliers, defeated the Windy City Bulls (5-11), 101-91 at the Canton Memorial Civic Center Saturday night in front of 2,814 fans.  The victory snapped a four-game losing streak versus their divisional foes.

Charge forward Emanuel Terry recorded his first career double-double with 12 points, 10 rebounds and four blocks in 34 minutes of action.  Bonzie Colson registered his third double-double in as many games with 13 points and 10 rebounds in 38 hard fought minutes.  Levi Randolph scored in double figures for the third consecutive game with 13 points on 5-of-8 shooting off of the bench.  The Charge dominated the paint, outscoring Windy City 60-44 down low.

Akron native and St. Vincent St. Mary alumnus JaKarr Sampson lead the Bulls with 21 points and 11 rebounds on 10-of-15 shooting.  Bulls’ 2-way forward Rawle Alkins added 17 points and grabbed five rebounds.  Former Charge guard Jon Octeus added 11 points for the Bulls, who have lost seven of their last eight contests.  The two teams will meet again in the Windy City this Friday, December 14th at 8:00 p.m. (TV: Facebook Live; RADIO: 99.7 FM).
