The Canton Charge, powered by the NBA Champion Cleveland Cavaliers, have acquired center Gerald Beverly (6-8, 235, Daemen College) from the available player pool, the team announced today.
Beverly, 22, played four seasons at Daemen College from 2011-2015. In 120 career collegiate games, he averaged 15.0 points on .667 shooting with 8.4 rebounds in 25.3 minutes per game. Last season, Beverly appeared in eight games for Telekom Baskets Bonn in Germany.
