What is considered a group outing?
Bring 10 or more of your closest family, friends, co-workers, teammates, etc. to the game and get special discounts to see the Charge live in action! Examples of groups: Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, Church Groups, School Groups, Sports Teams, Birthday Parties, Fundraising Groups, Employee Outings…the list goes on and on!

How can I place my ticket order?
Orders may be received by phone & mail unless otherwise indicated on a group order form.

When am I required to pay for my tickets?
Group tickets are to be paid 30 days prior to game date. Orders will be processed and tickets printed once full payment is received.

Can I Return/Refund/Exchange my tickets?
All sales are final. Tickets are non-returnable and non-refundable and not to be exchanged.

We are bringing a bus to a Charge Game, are there special instructions on where it can park?
Please contact your Charge Representative more information as availability, costs and directions may change by event.

Can I bring food or drinks into the venue?
Outside food and beverages are not permitted.

Are there any special programs where we can get our group involved?
The Charge offers a variety of Fan Experience Packages in which groups of all ages can take part in Charge game day entertainment.
