Mike Ostrowski

Mike Ostrowski has been a part of the Cleveland Cavaliers (NBA), Lake Erie / Cleveland Monsters (American Hockey League), Canton Charge (NBA G League) and Quicken Loans Arena / Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse Sales and Leadership Teams in various capacities for the past 21 years. He began his career as an outside sales representative for the Cleveland Cavaliers and has held various leadership positions with the Cavs including sales manager, director of sales and senior director of sales and service, where he led the new business development teams and premium sales teams, guided the creation of a dedicated customer service and season ticket holder retention team and led the ticket operations and box office teams at The Q.


Rocco Maragas
Vice President, Business Operations, Charge
Rocco joined the Charge in 2014 and has been involved in sports his entire life growing up in Canton. Rocco was a quarterback for the University of Kentucky and remains a die-hard a Wildcats fan. He graduated in 2007 with a degree in Communications and Marketing.


Sean Wyatt
Vice President, Communications & Team Services, Charge
Aside from watching the first game in the stands as a fan, Sean has been with the Charge throughout the franchise’s history. He is a Canton native who has a degree from Baldwin Wallace in Sports Management and is a 2005 graduate of St. Thomas Aquinas High School.

Joanna Radov
Manager, Community Relations and Corporate Communications, Charge
Before joining the Charge, Joanna worked as an Athletic Communications Assistant for her alma mater, Franklin and Marshall College, where she studied Anthropology and Sociology. Joanna also attended the University of Edinburgh, where she has a MScR in Social Anthropology.


Sam Armstrong
Manager, Game Presentation and Promotions, Charge/Monsters
Sam joined the Charge team in 2018 after working as the Marketing Manager for Wright State Athletics. He hails from the small town of Danville,OH (which had one stoplight before it was taken away by ODOT). Sam graduated from Kent State in 2015 with a degree in Sports Administration and a minor in Business.

Dallas Godfrey

Before joining the Charge in 2019, Dallas worked for the Charlotte Knights and Kansas City Chiefs, where he also focused on marketing and community based partnerships. A transplant from North Carolina, Dallas studied Business Marketing at UNC Wilmington.

Cassidy joins the Charge with her master’s in marketing and 5+ years of diverse work experience spanning industries, including everything from sports and education to consumer goods and real estate. With a focus on strategic planning, business development, and branding, she looks forward to bringing her knowledge and expertise to the Charge and finding new ways to bridge the connections between the game, the fanbase, and the larger community.


Jessica Fisher
Director, Group Experiences, Charge/Monsters
Jessica joined the Lake Erie/Cleveland Monsters as an Inside Sales representative in 2013 after graduating from Robert Morris University with a degree in Sport Management. She has been with the organization for 8 years, primarily working in the Group Events space.


Ryan Caler
Director, Organizational Business Development and Client Retention, Charge/Monsters


Keith Dea
Manager, Ticket Operations
Keith worked for a number of organizations (including the San Antonio Scorpions, DC United and Kent State) before joining the Charge as the Manager of Ticket Operations. He has a B.S. in Sports Management from Ohio University and a M.A. in Sports and Recreation Management from Kent State. Keith is a Northeast Ohio native and has attended over 250 Cavaliers, Indians and Browns games.


Steve McClave
Manager, Business Development, Charge
Steve began his career with the Charge as a Group Events Specialist from 2012-2016 before spending the last 5 seasons with the Cleveland Gladiators and Cleveland Monsters. He is excited to be back with the Charge in a new role. Steve is a BGSU grad and is obsessed with all things Cleveland sports.

Before joining the Charge, Cody worked for East Carolina University in the Athletic Department. He obtained his Masters and B.S. Degree from Kent State University.


August Palchanis
Group Events Specialist
August is form the Wilkes-Barre, PA area. She graduated from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania in May of 2020 with a degree in Sport Management and minor in Coaching and Athletic Administration. August is currently pursuing a masters degree in Sport Management from California University of Pennsylvania. When she has free time, August enjoys spending time with friends and family, exploring new areas, and finding new coffee spots.


Tom Schutzman
Business Development Specialist, Charge/Monsters
Tom Schutzman graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a B.S. in Sport Administration. He is from Northern Kentucky, and joined the Charge in June 2021 in the organizational business development department.


Wyatt Eisen
Account Executive, Charge/Monsters
Wyatt joined the Charge in November of 2021 after graduating from Wisconsin with a degree in Marketing and Operations. Wyatt attended Shaker Heights High School, where he played hockey and baseball. He is pumped to start his sports career with the Cleveland Charge and Monsters. Previously, he was a marketing intern for UW Athletics, where he facilitated on court contests at all Badger basketball games.
